Climax produces a medium size blueberry that is exceptionally sweet. This blueberry bush is consistent in its productive characteristics making it ideal for commercial planting. This variety is one commonly seen in grocery stores, although organically nurtured, home grown fruits, tend to have more moisture, sugar and antioxidants. The Climax blueberry plant sometimes will flower in January or February forming large clusters of blueberries that form in early May.
