Native to Israel, this Apple tree does not require very much cold exposure for the tree to produce fruit, making this tree ideal for the southern states. This apple tree ripens around mid June, meaning that the Ein Sheimer apple will be perfect for baking pies in celebration of our Independence day on July the 4th. This sweet apple requires no cross pollination and produces high quality fruit, and as far south as zone 9.
