A 25 gallon size guava tree will survive in zero degree temperatures and will produce bushels of guava fruit. The early stage of growth in a Guava closely resembles the shape of a pomegranate. The Guava bush or Guava tree can produce several gallons of Guava fruit per plant. Flowers of guava are spectacular and unusual, and the blooming begins in late spring.
